The lake is half in Utah and half in Idaho. The development is "The Reserve at Bear Lake". It has by far the best private beach on the lake, the amenities are awesome, the development is gated with incredible views. The beaches are sandy with not a single rock to be found. This would absolutely be are dream home as well, you can see it on a virtual tour at Bear Lake Realty .com I think the office is in Garden City Utah. We watched the tour last week and it was awesome.
